I am so glad I purchased this. I was able to revive an old twist out and my hair was so soft and shiney! You must only use a little or else it will be heavy and greasy. I just dip my finger and twist for each section of (6) flat twists. Then I use a little to undo in the morning. I was able to wear my twist out for an additional week. This will become a staple in my regimen.

I purchased this thanks to the last reviewer! My hair is also low porosity. I use a shampoo bar (with an alkaline pH) to wash my hair to open the cuticles a bit. This pomade helps to seal the cuticles down and make my hair soft without it feeling greasy, crunch, or coated (and we low porosity girls know what that's all about). Like with any product, it all depends on how much you apply. If you apply too much, stuff's gonna get greasy. So just take a little bit and rub it in the palm of your hand until your hands look oily. Then smooth your hands on your hair.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!! I have low porosity hair and this isn't too heavy for my hair. A little really goes a long way. I love this for twisting my hair and to untwist my hair. My hair was shiny for days! By the way, my hair is a mix of 4a,4b, and 4c hair and very dense.

Love it! I finally have the moisture and shine I've been looking for. I just sealed my hair with this after applying the shape shifter and Bling! I could see the shine even half way dry and it stays that way. It doesnt dull out over time like some products. But I have to say I think this helps also with the manageability after the hair is dry. I dont see myself without it, regardless of price.

I have 4A dry strands and I must say this product is the truth... I run a little on my twist each Mormon while unraveling am the sheen and moisture in my hair is amazing. Def worth the price! :)

At first I couldnt decide if I wanted to buy this or not because the price is so high for such a small jar but I had the extra money and read such good reviews on it so I went on and bought a jar. I must say this product is A1!! I love love love it! This is the first product that I consider as a staple product. My hair was sooo shinny and moisturized after I applied it and still is and im on 3rd-4th day hair. For right now I have only used it on my 2 strand twist. I haven't done a twistout with this product but will try this weekend. I highly recommend this!!!

I love this product. I have a twa, I use this on wet hair and then apply my curl junkie honey butta leave in over it and it leaves my curls soft ad very defined. I also tried it on wet hair and then applied the original moxie just gel and got the same results. This product will stay in my rotation!

Excellent pomade; perfect for winter to help seal! I've used this for twists; leaves hair very shiny, soft, frizz-free, and defined. Price point is fair considering a little goes a long way.

I tried this product based on a review from Meechy Monroe’s Original Moxie Part I & II - YouTube videos and after viewing the Original Moxie website. I was SO impressed with the results of this product. My hair is soft, has "amazing" curl definition and looks & feels moisturized. A little goes a long way and my hair is fluffy. I have shine yet my hair doesn’t feel heavy or super greasy. It worked wonders for my 4a/4b hair, which normally appears dry unless I pile on heavy oils & product. I am completely satisfied with this product. I’ve been getting compliments all week!

Loved this! After a long day...add a bit of this into your hair..and you're good to go! Shine is excellent & it helps add some moisture to the curls to liven them up.
