I recently bought this while searching for a regular inexpensive conditioner to use as my leave-in conditioner. This product has GREAT slip, and amazing curl-defining action. It did help with detangling even though I had already de-tangled prior to adding this to my hair after washing. I also applied it to a dry, small frizzy piece of my hair prior to washing, gave it a twirl and it turned into a coil, ringlet with great shine. I was stunned. The ONLY two things I don't really like about this product is that when it dried on my hair, it wasn't the softest but that could be because of the ingredients designed to protect the hair shafts; it wasn't that bad but...the second thing is that when it did dry, there was white dandruff looking flakes ALL throughout my hair and scalp....when I took some big twists down for styling, it looked like my hair was snowing lol Not good, can't go out like that. It doesn't have many ingredients - including natural oriented but I ALWAYS add extra oils to my leave ins so it doesn't bother me much. Overall, I wouldn't buy again though because it dries white and flaky on my hair.

Pros: Moisturizing, little to no frizz, Giant bottle, great price Cons: Didn't define curls, my hair became poofy and giant as the day went on, also I am not a big fan of the way tressemme smells in general. All in all I will not use this conditioner again.

They have changed the order of the ingredient list. Olive oil is now 8th and the cone is located way down on the list at around 15. This change has made this product wonderful for my hair. I use it as a co-wash and leave-in with no problems with build up. ( not sure how that works with the cone in it... but maybe it's bc it is so far down on the list :/) It is a great detangler and a wonderful product the holds my curls all by itself. As a PJ, it is rare for me to say that i may actually stick with this product and no am no longer in the search for the ultimate conditioner. I've found it ... kind of. The only reason that it gets 4 curls instead of 5 is the presence of that cone... hopefully they change it to to a PEG cone (a more curl friendly water soluble cone) one day.
