Purchased the trial versions of both the shampoo and matching conditioner but was disappointed with the outcome. Something in one or both of the products made my hair frizz slightly. Really wanted to like it.
This shampoo is so luxurious! It greatly conditions. My hair is so shiny now and it really curls.
Purchased this on a whim, well not really my boss recommended it. I was nervous about the effects so I bought the travel sized version. My hair can't withstand a lot of buildup so I wanted something to clean up all the crap. It's a good shampoo that doesn't leave my hair dry but it does sud and does contain Sodium-Laurl Sulfate. I only use this once a week at most so it isn't a big deal. I would recommend it to anyone. Especially because it is such a good price, even for the 32oz one.
I love this shampoo! I have fine, colored treated hair that is 3a/3b. My hair needed a change and I am so glad I selected this shampoo!!! I was able to comb my hair before I added conditioner. It was that good! I'm not sure I have ever been able to do that! I noticed the difference as soon as I rinced and just had to see. For once, no tangles or loose hairs. I would change the smell, which is more like a woodsey, heavy cologne. But, I'll live with it. Sally's has this 3 for two, so I'm off to buy more.
I wanted a new "low-poo" that wouldn't leave my hair "squeaky". I've slowly been having adventures in trying new products, and I've found that some of these products simply do not work for me with no-poo co-washing. A couple of low-poos I've tried are fine for occasional (once every 2 months maybe?) use, but I was hoping to find a reasonably-priced one that would be a good cleanser without drying out my hair. I've read many glowing reviews of Hair One Argan Oil conditioning cleanser, so I went to Sally's thinking I'd give it a try. While reading the ingredients, I noticed that Amodimethicone is way high on the list. After my hair being so traumatized I chopped it off, I decided I'm just not quite ready to take a chance, yet, on so much silicone. (When my hair becomes even more healthy, silicones may be fine for occasional use, but I'm just not ready.) Rather than leave disppointed, however, I purchased a big bottle of One & Only Argan Oil Moisture Shampoo. This purchase couldn't have been better; this shampoo does exactly what I'd hoped Hair One would do, but I use less than Hair One instructed, the One & Only's bottle is bigger, and One & Only is cheaper. This bottle will probably last me for at least a year (I regularly co-wash), so I doubt I'll try Hair One any time soon. It's a shame the One & Only Argan Oil Conditioner has Cyclopentasiloxane and Dimethicone, because I would have loved to try it for a "no-poo". I won't complain, though, because I'm very, very pleased with this shampoo.
After spending a ton of money and wasting my precious time on various shampoos, (sulfate and sulfate-free) I finally found my perfect shampoo for my hair regimen! One 'n Only's sulfate-free, argan oil shampoo is perfect for my 4b/4c hair! I feel it softening and conditioning it the moment I apply the shampoo in my hair. There's no need for a pre-poo! I permanently dyed my hair and the dye left my hair dry, brittle, and breaking. Once I used this shampoo, I instantly felt my hair strands become more soft after only one use. I wash my hair every week, and each time I notice that there's less breakage in my strands. This one's a keeper and I have no intention of parting with it. Unfortunately I had to give this 4/5 curls because of the perfume-y smell, but the scent doesn't take away from the this shampoo makes my hair feel. Will continue to use and I'll happily recommend this to anyone!
A nice, low-lather, gentle shampoo. I didn't care for the perfumey fragrance, but it matched the conditioner so there weren't conflicting scents.
