This made my hair poofy-fluffy when it dried, but it didn't feel airy-volumeous but instead coated with tacky-to-the-touch gunk.

This product is designed more for finer hair, rather than thick, coarse curls like mine. It made mine a little puffy, but would probably add body to fine hair.
