I have low porosity 3a-3b hair. I was absolutely fed up with all the fancy hair products i've gone through trying to find something that did something, anything to tame my frizz. I live in Seattle so lots of rain and wind which doesn't help. I am unfortunately allergic to many product and went organic/natural a year ago. however, most organic products are super expensive and don't do anything for my curls. i had just bought some products and had a reaction to them. money was tight, and i was irritated at having to give away yet more barely used expensive products. i just happened to walk by the Suave Professionals line and grabbed their mint rosemary shampoo and conditioner. i quickly got rid of the shampoo, but this conditioner surprised me. It works better than anything i've used in a long time. I'm not allergic to it, it doesn't leave my hair greasy or heavy. I get pretty good curls with this as leave-in. It smells great and it is inexpensive. I have since added other products such as a dc routine, a finishing cream and a different shampoo, and another leave-in but this is still a staple as my rinse out and sometimes my leave-in.

I'm starting to ease my way into CG, so I'm still using cones and sulfates. Using this as a co-wash actually got my hair cleaner-looking than my old sulfate-loaded shampoo.

Works great as a co-wash. It is a thinner consistency than most conditioners and is very easy to work through hair as a co-wash. I found it left my hair clean with no producty residue. And, I didn't even have to follow up with a rinse out condish. Please note this conditioners contains a couple of "cones". I didn't realize this when I first used it, but it does perform well. It has a nice fresh scent with a hint of mint. If you use a low poo every week or couple of weeks, the cones in this condish shouldn't be a problem. Also, this would probably work equally well as a leave-in since it is a light condish.
