I freakin love this stuff!!!!! I'm 3c with some 4a thrown in. I use this during spring and summer when my hair needs some strength after the colder months have wreaked their havoc. I smooth on to my hair as well as rub some in my scalp (love the tingle from the peppermint). Rosemary and peppermint stimulate and encourage growth. I'll steam with it and after I rinse with cool water my hair feels so strong, soft, bouncy, and is easy to comb and detangle. Definitely a staple for my thick hair. I get mine from a local Whole Foods
