Wired Flexible Styling Crème provides flexible body and pliable style support as it creates incredible texture. Lifts, shines and creates soft, gravity-defying body on dry hair. On wet hair, it eliminates frizziness and maintains moisture while blow-drying. Can be intermixed with other styling products to create a variety of dramatic textures. Contains Thermplex, Rusk's exclusive ingredient, that activates with the heat of a blow-dryer to create texture from within and block humidity.

The fragrance was horrible--like men's cologne! My curls were gunky, not curly at all and flat in some areas and curly in others. A complete disaster!

Not a huge fan of this one. It's heavy on my very thin hair. It probably works better for other people, but on not so curly, thin, color damaged hair, it isn't the best.

I just have to say that this is the best product I've ever used! It doesn't make your hair "crunchy" or weigh it down. When I was recommended this product by my stylist I had what my husband called a "Gone With The Wind" Moment and refused to ever use mousse again. I used it for 3 years and when I moved to the Tidewater area of Virginia I couldn't find it anywhere! I actually cut my hair off and had a Halle Berry haircut until I found Wired again. The Trick is to drench your hair in the shower and as soon as you turn the water off comb through with a wide tooth comb and then almost immediately add about a quarter size amount for shoulder length hair. You know you're using too much when your hair turns white so just wash your hands and redistribute. It doesn't have the best hold like mousse does so I have to put my dry hair up in a ponytail when the top is down on my jeep but I can live with that!

I liked the texture of this product but the hold was not strong enough for my hair. It did not define my curls enough or take away the frizz.

Can't live without this stuff. A little goes a long way, but it tackles my frizz issues better than anything else that I have tried. I'm a 3A.

Follow up: As some other posters have noted, this is a heavy product. I've found that I use it every other time or every third time I shampoo. I still like what it does to my hair (especially after combining it with a Rusk shampoo), but use sparingly

I bought this product this week based on the reviews here, and I couldn't be more pleased. Since I moved to the upper Midwest from humid Virginia 2 years ago, my mid-length, very thick 3a curls just haven't had the same bounce and lasting power, despite using numerous different products. So I applied a small amount to very wet hair, let air dry, and I had all-day ringlets. I don't recommend using this for spot treatment or defrizzing - it is very thick. It seems to be a product designed for use on wet hair.

I liked this product at first, but over time my hair felt very dry and brittle. The gel also was thick and goopy. Would probably work better on someone with shorter hair.

I was hesitant to try this after reading the mixed reviews, but I'm so glad I did! I'm not sure exactly how to describe what this does to my hair, except to say it makes my limp, flat curls some actual texture. It is pretty thick, so I mix it with some CurlsRock Leave-in and apply to almost dripping wet hair. I don't mind the smell either. My curls won't go without this product again.

this is the best product i have tried so far. I usually use it with a curl activator. It defines curls amazingly and keeps them soft. I bought it because of the great it reviews it got from this site. It works best used on wet hair, not towel dried. But it is worth the price!!

I bought this product years ago and hated it. It was to thick and hard to apply. I gave it to my grandmother who has short, thin, wavy hair. She loved it! I wish I would have tryed mixing other products with it

I used this product more than once so that I could say that I honestly gave it a chance. It left me with defined curls, but my hair was stiff and crunchy. It also left noticable residue. Even my boyfriend asked me what was was in my hair. The stiffness made this product not worth it for me.

This is my all-time favorite styling product, and if they ever stop making it I may have to do something drastic, like straighten my hair. This gives me perfect, shiny, bouncy, sleek ringlets every time. The secret is to use it only on dripping wet hair. The one disadvantange it does have is the unpleasent smell, but that disappears after my hair drys.

Of all the Rusk products I purchased this was the one product I liked the best which unfortunately doesn't mean much. Its good for dry hair especially after you work out and you want to calm the frizzies out of your head.

After breaking down and finally buying some, I was a little nervous by the scent and the thick and heavy texture of this stuff, but I'm glad I took the risk. I have fine (but a lot) 3b hair and thought it'd weigh it down or get it all slick 'n sticky, but I got the best ringlets I've had in a long time with any product. A definite must buy! **NOTE:** The key to this stuff is not to use too much and to make sure you use it when your hair is still damp so you can easily distribute it. I also don't recommend using it more than once between shampoos (save for spot treating) as it can build up.

I have a curly friend who swear by this stuff, so I tried it. It's very thick, have to mix with a gel or is impossible to distribute in your hair. I think the 2nd ingredient is wax. I spot treat a couple curls with this stuff but it is not a day to day product.

I love this stuff! On its own, it is thick and hard to spread. I mix it with Biolage Gelee and get great results. It is also great for heat styling, especially when I straighten my hair. I am not crazy about the smell, but I really like this product.

Ack! This is one of the absolute worst styling products I have ever used on my hair. It smells like men's cologne and it never fails to leave my hair feeling dirty and coated. I have tried this product many times (b/c I keep thinking that I must be doing somehting wrong) and each and every time I am left with what I call "cotton candy" feeling hair. I do not recommend this product.

liked this product very much. Used it with Biolage gel, gives great curl formation and reduces frizz. Be careful not to use too much though.

Wanna style it straight: Perfect product to combat any frizziness and leaves your hair so silky and soft when you blow dry. The perfect styling aid for blow-outs. Wanna style it curly: Great curl formation but little hold. If you use too much, it can get greasy. And on my 4a hair, it can be a little hard to distribute. But i still keep this product on hand.

I really didn't think this product was that great. It was ok, but I'm not getting it again. It didn't really define my curls or do anything spectacular. It was just kinda there.

I am a 2b with some 3a. My hair is medium textured with medium thickness. This stuff left my hair greasy and weighed down. It didn't do anything for me.

This is my favorite styling product ever in the universe! I'm not joking. I mix it with a smoother and apply it liberally. It gives great curl formation and kills the frizzies. Really controls my curl while making nice ringlets.

Great for creating curls with some weight to it. Works well with Biolage Gelee Unfortunately, repeated use left my hair very dry. For the safety of my hair, I discontinued use. Maybe for folks with healthier hair than mine, it may not be as much of an issue. 3 curls.
