I'm not completely convinced with this product. It doesn't give the slip I like compared to other products I use. It also doesn't have the conditioning I like. It's just not enough for my hair. As a protein treatment it does very well, but I always - always have to follow up with another conditioner no matter how I use it.

did NOT like this product at all ... i have very think curly hair so i was hoping this would help me out unfortunately i like STRIPS MY HAOR OF ALL MOISTURE .. I was very dissapoined, my hair was very straw like and so hard, i ended up having to deep condition it right after.

I got this in a swap. It smells pretty good and its easy to work into your hair dry. It's ok but I don't have thin hair so it really didn't do anything significant to my hair. These containers are good for three DC treatments so I stopped purchasing them.

While this product is moisturizing, this masque is protein-packed. So, if your hair has low porosity like mine, this masque may cause straw-like texture, and consequently, a decent amount of ironic breakage lol SheaMoisture's Anti-Breakage Masque did not work for me in the long hall. It seemed that my hair got drier the more i used it. The first time was cool though. An overdose of protein on my type of hair can do that. For those with low porosity, this may be YOUR bag!

As someone with fine 3b curls prone to breakage, I thought this product would be perfect for me. Instead, I find that my curls are dry, dull, and frizzy after I used it (normally they are pretty bouncy and shiny). And the SMELL! One of the worst product smells I've ever smelled. Musky, cheap, lingering . . . blech. Going right back to Walgreens. I'm disappointed, as i love the Coconut and Hibiscus line from this manufacturer. I won't stray into the Yucca & Baobab again!

This is an excellent conditioner. I stocked up. I have psoriasis and this helps. I recommend it.

I like this treatment. I use it when I need a little shot of protein and my hair feels stronger after each use. Smells pleasant. It loses a point because my hair gets hard if I leave it on longer than suggested and it doesn't provide enough slip to detangle.

I loved this stuff. I left it on for 20 minutes and afterwards my hair felt revitalized. I color my hair often and this helped my hair feel healthier. I did need to follow with a leave-in conditioner for some slip.

I really love this stuff. My hair feel thicker and stronger since I've been using it. Doesn't have much slip but once you apply your leave in ur good to go. I've noticed on a few other sites the reviews were bad for this product and i was very surprised -and I must say again I love it. Good stuff.

Love this stuff, has everything I need: glycerin free (for my color treated hair), sulfate and also silicone free. You can leave it in up to 35 min, and when I have that time for that I can really notice. My hair is soften and moisturized. Love products by Shea Moisture so far, cant wait to try more of them!
