This is my Holy Grail Deep conditioner. The first time , i used this with a shower cap, 30 mins and it was AMAZING how smooth, silk, soft my hair was. And as a product junkie that i am, i never found a conditioner who has that effect on my 4 A kinky hair! Can't wait to try it with heat!

This deep conditioner effectively moisturized my hair, but it didn't help with my itchy scalp though.

I absolutely LOVE this yum stuff..my hair says "give me more"! I used this for the first time a two days ago and I just love the results. Pros: It has a "banging" slip, a "pow" in moisture, and the smell literally it still fresh on my hair, EVEN after I added other moisturizers to my hair, it feels sooooo awesome on my hair! Cons: It says it helps with dry and itchy scalp, but I really didn't get to much relief in that area, but I do believe that after a couple applications that it will show positive results! Overall: This is fairly cheap compared to a lot of products that specialize in this area. I say push the buy button, because it is a FAB buy and you won't be disappointed! <3 Blessings

I <3 SM Purification Masque! I use it as a pre-shampoo detangler/deep conditioner for my tightly coiled, Afro-textured hair. It has super duper slip, imparts tons of moisture to my hair and smells like ripe plantains (Yum!). The second ingredient is coconut oil--an oil scientifically proven to penetrate hair strands. This product is the best conditioner I've ever used and is staple in my hair care routine.

I am a porous 4b and my hair loves this stuff. I find it to be the most moisturizing deep conditioners I have ever used, and I have tried a few. I don't really have any scalp issues, but that is what it is marketed for, but in my opinion this is the most moisturizing of all the SheaMoisture Masque's. Apprently others have been made aware of its benefits because it is always out at my local Target and Walgreens. So I resort to ordering it online two at a time.

This stuff is awesome!! At first glance, I didn't think I would like it because I couldn't fathom how such a thin product could possibly supply enough slip to make detangling my thick mane possible. Boy, was I wrong!!! I absolutely love the affect that this conditioner has on my hair. It leaves it super soft...completely aggravating my HIH syndrome. I can't attest to the claims of 'soothing an itchy scalp' because it didn't really do it for me, but I will continue to use it because it is a great conditioner.

I've used all the shea moisture deep conditioners and this one is my fave. It has great slip and it really makes your hair feel sooo soft I love it

This is my favorite deep conditioner hands down! I have yet to use another DC that proves the slip and moisture that this does!!!! This is SM's BEST product (in my opinion of course)! lol
