Ouidad Clear Control Pomade is a unique, water-soluble finishing aid, packed with conditioners and humectants to calm frizzy, fly-away hair and seal in beneficial moisturizers. By blending proteins with holding polymers to remove the stiff feeling common to styling products, the result is a finishing formula that leaves hair soft and shiny - a good choice to help thin, fine and dry hair form beautiful looking curls. Use with Ouidad's styling gels for added hold and lustrous shine - or as a finishing touch to define curls after gels have set. Good product, keeps hair frizzies during the day away pretty well. Have only used it with the Ouidad moisture lock-in, so I have a feeling it is more the lock-in doing most of the work. However, I would still repurchase as it seems the combination of both works well with my hair.

Great product. I use it with Climate Control when wet, and I use it to tame frizz when try. Makes my hair shiny and smooth. A must-have.

Love this pomade. I actually didn't buy it because it's pricy but took the plunge and did so a few months ago. What a differnce and it's simply great for longer styles! The key is to use a small amount. It adds shine, definition and really gaurds against frizz. And that little bottle last forever. I've been using mine for over 2 months now and still have plenty left.

I tried to use this... it just didn't work for me.. It made my curls limp and strangely shiny (the greasy kind of shiny). It made my hair feel super crunchy. Will not purchase again.

Ok ladies.....I use all Ouidad Products, and this one by far is th best one for me! If you do the rake and shake and apply you gel to each section, you probably will need to follow with this pomade to sofen your look and break up the crunch that the gels will leave on your hair...the key to this is to use it when your hair DRIES...after you style it with the gel....It is the best product! leaves my hair beautiful!

You HAVE to use this with something that makes your hair crunchy - if you use it alone, it's awful. It makes your hair SO incredibly sticky, frizzy, and rough. But if you add a dollop (that's another thing - you have to use just the right amount) to your hair after using gel, it DOES take out the crunch and sets your curls. Anyway, I can't really use it anymore; there's too much mineral oil.
