I am quite disappointed with this product. I tried to rake-and-shake it through my hair to get wider curls. It did sort of relax my curl pattern but left a tacky feel when it dried. It might work with other styling techniques (i did not use the spray it says in the label). I already have it so I might keep trying. P.S.: It smells disgustingly of lemon cleaning product.

I have used the Curly Pudding alone in a wash n go and with the Curl Enhancer and Wake Up Spray for twists and for next day hair. I am thrilled with these products. It is very humid in the mid-Atlantic and my 3c/4c hair actually dries with no tacky residue. It looks naturally curly, not like it came from a kit. My curls are shiny and have lots of spring. I haven't had any flaking. The products are interactive with other products I've used. We've been dealing with pop-up thunderstorms this week. My curls have maintained themselves throughout. I will be trying the Mold and Hold to see how it controls my fluff and the Mask for my seasonal shedding. As I am very satisfied with the first three products, I am sure I will be equally satisfied with these two. I will be purchasing these again.

3C hair type I used the product as direct with the spray and my curls are soft and shiny. It is a light hold but I added a little Eco gel with argon oil and diffused for about 10 minutes and I'm very happy with the product.

Keep your money, this product is crap! I have a mixture of 4b/4c hair and this pudding does absolutely nothing for my curls. Perhaps its because I didn't use it with the spray described on the direction but by itself, its useless. It takes hours to dry properly, it leaves a white residue, after it finally dries and it doesn't define my curls. It smells good but that's about the only thing good about this pudding.

Absolutely worst product ever. Texture like Elmer's glue and lemon cleaning product smell. I have eczema on my scalp and it made me have a flare up like no other. In addition to that it didn't do much for my hair either. Little to no definition and not much moisture either. Two thumbs down. You'll be left with nothing but misery.
