I was a huge fan of Kerasilk about 15 years ago. The smell was AMAZING and it made my thick long dry coarse hair silky. Then the formula changed and the price sky rocketed. A bottle of it goes for around $33.00 where I live. I now use Aubry Organics White Camellia Ultra-Smoothing Conditioner. It's about $12.00 per 11 oz bottle.

Love this product. I discovered it nearly 20 years ago and it's the only conditioner that leaves my hair feeling silky and soft. It used to have a better smell, but the manufacturer changed the formula, I don't know why. It's a great product even with the new scent.

It’s an excellent conditioner. I consider it a treat for my hair and look forward to using it. I have not tried with heat, but the ten minute leave in, melts away the tangles, brings life to your curls, don't worry about the smell.

(3C) I used this in the Ultra Rich formula and my hair feels great - I do live in the high desert so my hair is really dry and it softened it and put some moisture back into it. I love this product.

I like the product, but the smell irritates me. Considered a staple by a lot of curlyheads.

Interesting smell. Hair wasn't as silky feeling in the rinse cycle as with some other products.
