I was in Walgreens and picked up this product because I was out of my usual twist out product. WOW I am glad I was out I might not have ever tried this. It is the ONLY product that keeps my FRIZZ from popping out during the day. My hair is very find and soft and living in Florida with the hot humidity make for a wild puff monster!!! With tis product it keep the puff monster away from Ruby (my hair)! Thanks Dark and Lovely! It will be a part of my regular staple.

I used this product on my hair initially and i have to say that i did not like it. I then tried it on my daughters hair with a "twist and curl" and her hair was nice and defined. It was not crunchy and the hold was a medium hold. So i would say depending on your hair type me (4bc) my daughter is (3c4a) then i would say go for it if you dont mind the price.

I love this to slick down my edges and for PonyPuffs & etc... As far as a Wash & Go is concerned - it has a bit more of a crunch then I would like. I used the oil before and afar to soften it up a bit and that worked well!

I've seen a lot of low ratings on these products, that I was afraid to use it. But, I love the 10-in-1 gel so much, that I am completely willing to try the whole line. I got a sample of the moisturizer in the mail, and liked the softness of my hair, and smell of that, too! The gel smell is not strong, and fades when it dries. It does not make my hair crunchy, even when I have to use more than usual because my shoulder-blade length, thick, 3-c hair needs a lot of frizz-control in this my high humid area. I'll use less if I can, later . I can even use it when my hair is dry and needs extra control, and it still won't flake or get hard. That is a real plus when I am pressed for time, and can't re-wash my hair. I am really excited about using all the products, and the price is easy on my wallet, too!

This was my favorite product. This gel was soft and left a soft hold without the hard feeling. It also helped with the definition of my twistout without leaving my hair hard.

While I like the texture of this product, it provided no hold for me. I used in conjunction with the other products from this line and still no hold. It doesn't smell that great. The other products smell divine, but this was trying to hard to smell like the other products with a gel smell plus something else. It wasn't crunchy or sticky and provided curl definition! It made my was soft when I used this with the other products!

pretty good gel, i dont usually do styles with my hair, just wash n gos but i tested it with a twist out and it came out really pretty,,, didnt dry my hair out.

This stuff gave me such an awesome wash and go. I wasn't expecting it to work because the consistency wasn't as thick as the regular gel that I usually would use for a wash and go. It is kind of a slimy texture but it started defining my curls on contact. It even works well over the coil moisturizing souffle (which I decided to use as my leave in). Great for defining 4a/4b hair.

Great product for the price.Great slip,Great frizz control and doesn't flake. I highly recommend using a leave-in conditioner with this gel.

smells DELICIOUS like fruits! so far i've used this for dry bantu knot outs and it worked wonderfully. i'm not a fan of gel in general, but i liked this because it's loose and jiggly and not like those other "sculpting" type of gels. my fine/thin hair does NOT need that! it like the juiciness of this product. The consistency is kinda sorta like KCCC in that sometimes you can't even scoop the product up it just slips out. Didn't make my hair sticky at all. would recommend to a friend :)
