I cannot flat iron my hair without this it just doesn't look the same. This product leaves my hair so silky feeling and shiny and a little goes a long way. It also helps with frizz, the only issue I have is that it smells like men's cologne, it isn't a bad smell and it does dissipate throughout the day but when you smell it right out of the bottle it does smell like cologne. This is definitely my go to product when I flat iron and the bottle lasts a long time, I had my first bottle for almost three years.
