THIN KNUCKLE RINGS AVAILABLE AT UNCOVET

We are busy women with busy lives. It’d be lovely to have the luxury to jet out to the store to buy long lists of ingredients and then spend hours applying them to our hair, skin and nails – but let’s get real!

It doesn’t always work out that way.

If you are looking for a quick way to pamper yourself this week, look no further. And you won’t even need to make an extra trip to the store for ingredients! You can use basic grocery items like milk, eggs and honey to nourish your hair and nails, here’s why:

  • Milk acts like a conditioner that will make your hair moisturized and restore shine. It also contains calcium, which is a mineral that promotes nail growth and strength.
  • Eggs contain protein, essential for healthy growth in both hair and nails.
  • Honey has moisturizing properties, which smooth and soften hair to reduce frizz. It also has the ability to help fight off bacterial infections underneath the top layer of skin.
