For a relaxing bath, just add milk.

Honey milk baths have been around for ages, and with good reason. It leaves the skin soft and smooth, and can be very relaxing.  All you need is whole milk, honey, and a couple of tablespoons of dried lavender (you can find this in the spice section or specialty stores”>. Mix 1½ cups of whole milk and 1/3 cup of honey. Pour the honey milk mix into your hot bath, and toss in some of the dried lavender to give your bath a soothing aroma. Simply hop in and soak for as long as you want!
