Charlotte York—the model for the perfect woman: generous, smart, loving, and super sexy and stylist. She makes traditional look sensational and it all starts with her beautiful chestnut locks that are somehow never a strand out of place. Her effortlessly polished look is the envy of women everywhere, who love everything Charlotte’s classic look.
With The Wonderful Stylists
In Sex and the City 2, we’re super excited to see that even Charlotte wears a slightly curlier look, pairing the change in hairstyle to the change in scenery. While I was transformed into Carrie , my cousin Priyanna opted for Charlotte’s sweet curls.
After Priyanna’s stylist, Kat, washed and dried her hair, she applied a generous amount of Pravana Ultra Body Foam Volumizer to make sure Priyanna’s hair would have lots of voluptuous body. To achieve the soft curly, Kat used a big barrel curling iron and then simulated hot rollers by holding the hot curl and pinning it. Kat explained that she didn’t just use hot rollers because they’re not made in larger sizes, so the curls would be too tight if she used the smaller ones. Instead, she improvised with the curling iron and a few clips and the look came out look fantastic!
Faux hot rollers.
After she let the curls set for about 15 minutes, Kat released the curls and took a small amount of Pravana Shine Serum to Priyanna’s hair. She used a soft-toothed brush and her fingers to run through the hair to loosen the curls and create a softer look. I was really amazed at how shiny Priyanna’s hair was from the serum – even the next day!
Priyanna All Finished With Kat
Overall, I know my cousin had a fabulous time and she looked great! We both had a blast showing off our new do’s when we went to the movies to see SATC2! Check out the pictures and video!
