A standing-room-only crowd of over 400 salon professionals watched Christo, of Christo Fifth Avenue and Curlisto Systems, speak about “The Art of Curly Hair” during this year’s International Beauty Show in March in New York City.
Christo was invited to teach two consecutive days at the IBS show as the sole industry professional teaching cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for curly hair. During both sessions, Christo incorporated the use of Curlisto hair products along with salon-exclusive treatments. After two successful classes, and a huge demand for more, he said he plans to continue teaching ” The Art of Curly Hair” across the country to spread curl knowledge.
Christo recently was invited to give a seminar on curly hair in Amsterdam, and will also be traveling to his salon in Cyprus to give a private presentation to the Greek press about his newest product, Curlisto System’s Glow & Shine.
In addition to his shows for salon professionals, Christo hasn’t forgotten about his regular consumers who have the opportunity to see Christo present his curly hair seminars in his Fifth Avenue salon. “Professor Christo,” as In Style Magazine has dubbed him, holds monthly seminars focusing on maintaining and styling naturally curly hair textures.
