When Hurricane Katrina hit, it left hundreds of thousands of people in and around New Orleans without homes. More than 10,000 people have relocated to Austin, Texas — home base for NaturallyCurly.com, Inc. NaturallyCurly.com wanted to make life a little more pleasant for these evacuees. So the company teamed up with some manufacturers to create more than 100 gift bags. The bags, filled with hair products from Jessicurl, Devacurl, Circle of Friends and Kenra, are brightening the lives of women at a Red Cross relief center in Austin.
The company is also collecting funds for the Red Cross in its Katrina Relief Fund.
