Deep conditioners
If you’re heading somewhere warm for your vacation, you’ll likely be spending time in the water and exposing your hair to chlorine and salt water damage. Chlorine can be detrimental to the health of your hair. Unfortunately, it’s used in almost all swimming pools.
Protect your hair before swimming by wetting it and coating it with a simple, daily conditioner. Saturating your hair before entering the pool prevents your strands from absorbing the pool water. The layer of conditioner will also help to create a barrier between your hair and the chlorine in the water.
To avoid breakage, keep up with your deep conditioning regimen even when you’re on holiday. Avoid having to pack too many products by choosing a deep conditioner that is both moisturizing and strengthening.

After swimming in a chlorinated pool, it’s important to rinse the chlorine and other minerals out of your hair to prevent them from accumulating and causing dryness and breakage. Swimmer’s shampoos are formulated to lift those layers of chlorine and minerals from the hair.
After each swim session in a chlorinated pool, use a swimmer’s shampoo and deep condition. Also ensure that your shampoo has moisturizing properties as well to prevent further dryness.
