Q: Is frizzy hair more damaged than silky hair?

Ouidad:Frizzy hair happens when the hair is expanded beyond its limits because it is very dry and dehydrated. The hair has usually lost its internal conditioning layer from the environment, causing it to lose all of its weight and to react to the moisture in the air, because it’s very thirsty!
