Hi, this article is wonderful it's one of those things that just get me really excited about curly hair. Plus it's admirable that you have a degree in Psychology since I am planning on pursuing that major in college. I have a quick question if you don't mind. I'm transitioning this year as my new hair resolution, should I focus on the growth of my natural hair since I want it to be a certain length before I do the big chop or will just focusing on hair health be enough?

Curlynikki has a great henna tutorial on her blog. She usually applies a henna mixture onto her hair and keeps it on overnight.
