		<description>Lizpiper, took me long enough but I finally tried something similar- I totally agree. In the end though, I always end up either taking out the bun or pulling off the shower cap. I guess I still have to deal with the restless sleeping issue!

Marshylovly, your best bed it probably Lispiper&#039;s idea. It keeps your hair frizz free and you don&#039;t have to struggle to put hair into a ponytail!

What works best for me is do the whole process through the gel step, air drying as long as I can.  Then I pile my hair on top (it won&#039;t all stay there but it eliminates that &quot;flat-top&quot; look) and put on a sleep cap.  The curls come out in thicker clumps and really pretty, frizz-free.</description>
