Bri aka Smartistabeauty gives a DIY gel that does all of those things and it is completely organic, which is always a plus. Her concoction consists of the following:
- Flaxseed gel – packed with omega 3 fatty acids
- Chia seeds
- Vitamin E oil – to prolong shelf-life
- Fresh aloe vera – humectant
- Essential oil of choice
