Often  NC and CN commentators seem to confuse essential oils and carrier oils...  If people are using therapeutic quality essential oils in the quantities/ratios recommended by these commentators, they can be making dangerous and PAINFUL mistakes.
I&#039;d like to suggest another book; it’s a wonderful Aromatherapy &#039;primer&#039;:  The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy, by Valerie Ann Worwood.  It&#039;s an easy read and gives you a good foundation regarding essential oil basics.</description>
