Often NC and CN commentators seem to confuse essential oils and carrier oils... If people are using therapeutic quality essential oils in the quantities/ratios recommended by these commentators, they can be making dangerous and PAINFUL mistakes. I'd like to suggest another book; it’s a wonderful Aromatherapy 'primer': The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy, by Valerie Ann Worwood. It's an easy read and gives you a good foundation regarding essential oil basics. I really enjoyed this article and am thrilled that you made ‘recommended reading’ suggestions.
