Walnuts
Great source of vitamin E which improves blood circulation on the scalp. Walnuts are source of zinc. A zinc deficiency can lead to hair shedding.

Interesting and I agree with many of these but this is a very limited article. There is nothing to say “why” these foods are rated the way they are. What vitamins or minerals do they contain?
What are other foods with similar vitamins, etc… Why skim and low fat dairy as opposed to regular yogurt. I keep hearing how saturated animal fat is where the nutrients are stored.

I agree with the comment above. Who wrote this article? Usually they have a subtitle such as “strawberries” and then a description/information on how/why they are good for your hair. ???

Makes more sense than the hyped-up descriptions of products that will give you super hair. The ONLY way to get super hair is to provide your body with the proper nutrition. No product you put on your hair will “nourish” or “feed” it. Hair is dead…it doesn’t need nourishment. It’s your body that produces the hair that needs the nourishment!

Yes, I agree, I wish this article was more specific. I’m loosing my hair…I would eat anything if I knew it would grow back.

I thought my comment was for walnuts on page 2 but realized it was general comments for “Top 12 Snacks for Super Hair”.
