Partnering together for over 15 years in the call-center industry, customer service has always been important to the salon's curly owners, Caroline Muir and Betty Di Salvo. They opened The Curl Ambassadors in October 2006 in a vibrant neighborhood in Toronto's bustling downtown, which draws its energy from the many specialty boutiques in its midst. The salon has the feel of a chic French Province boutique, with chandeliers, Victorian mirrors and fancy settees.
