I recently started using avocados as a conditioner for my 3C hair and I love the shine and softness I get from it. I mash up the flesh, mix it with extra virgin olive oil and apply it to my hair. I put on a plastic cap and wrap a hot towel around my head for about 15-20 min rinse and style. the shine I get is incredible! Thank you for all the information on avocados.
