I have started to do multiple things to lead a more healthy life style. First, I have finally learned to not force a fit or make things happen, thus greatly reducing mental stress. I know and accept that all things are just as they should be at this point in time. Secondly, I lift weights at least once each week, do yoga at least twice per week, and walk or tread mill three times per week. Lastly, I started out replacing all the "dirty dozen" grocery items with organic, and I am slowly replacing all pantry items with organic as the regular items run out. Oh, yes, I increased my vitamin D from 400 units to 3,000 units. I feel relaxed and vital as a result of my changes, and the changes have made menopause easier!
