I never get the white stuff in my hair. I shampoo with the Come Clean Shampoo and while my hair is dripping wet I use the Knots Today enought that it foams in your hair, then by sections add the Curling Custard with your fingers from root to end while keeping the hair wet with a spray bottle of water. Let your hair air dry or use a defuser. i like to shake and allow air into the scalp. After it's totally dry I add alittle bit of oil in my hands and gentle rub it into my hair to soften the crunch.
