I have type 4a-b hair and it has been a trial and error journey for me as to what products work and don't work. I also find that my hair texture has changed years ago from when I used to be natural. The products that I used before no longer work. In fact, it made my hair turn out horribly matted. I had to wash it out and re-condition my hair.

So far this year, I have bought over a hundred dollars in hair care products. I even have stopped people in the street who seem to have my hair texture and asked them what products they use. So many different answers I received.

So until I find the right concoction, I will just try these products. I must say the reviews on products help a lot in addition to researching the ingredients.
