		<description>I take Micaela&#039;s classes at Exhale so I know she&#039;s telling the truth. I too wear my hair curly and sometimes you just got to say F it and put yourself first. It takes a few hours at most to fix your hair, but it took me 3 to 4 months to start to see ab definition. Feeling and looking good inside out, is worth fixing my hair later on.</description>
