I was and still am a “Barbie” girl…although now I have only a few Barbies that are significant to me. I agree with curlieforlife, let kids be kids for pete’s sake!

I had a bunch of white barbies as a kid. They were just easy to get as and so i played with them. I didn’t look at barbie as my hero, just looked at it what it was. A doll. So the issue of barbie did not effect me at all and I don’t believe that young kids should be bombarded with politics at such a young age. Just let them have fun.

I love Barbie, Black, White, Asian, Hispanic or somewhere in between. I will always love her and when I have a daughter, I will buy her whatever Barbie doll she wants.
