This isn’t really a video on how to co-wash. It is a styling video about applying a leave-in conditioner, gel, and scrunchy for a puff and how maintain the style or keep the style longer.
But it is a good video nonetheless.

I love your curls! Was your hair this texture when you did your BC and if not, what helped you define your curls?

I do not understand the concept of how *conditioner* can in any way CLEAN the hair? Shampoo & conditioner are 2 different products, designed for very different purposes. Conditioner is not a cleanser… it’s meant to moisturize and, well, condition! Can someone please explain this to me?
I currently use DevaCare’s Low-Poo shampoo.

I believe some people believe that the ingredients that make shampoos, dish detergents, shower gels, etc. foam up are not actually the cleansing agents and that those ingredients are very strong on hair and skin (the “sulfates”). There are other things that can help cleanse and these are found in some conditioners and “low poos.” Some ladies say to shampoo with a clarifier every 2-4 weeks instead.
