Hi, I have that silver/gray/dark brownish color thing going on 85% gray in front and the back consisting of the other colors. From what little research I have done or that I understand my hair is a Z pattern not an S so I can expect it to be more difficult to handle. It is thin, limp, no elastic rebounding ect... but it is mine. I've tried Ms. Jessie's curly products on it; had it done at a salon twice, and it didn't turn out very well!!! So I am in search of something that will allow me to create a simulator style, that "naturally curly look", with hair that needs a little help being curly. In defense of my hair it will curl with grease( for lack of a better term) and water. but that will only last until it drys out. Any help would be welcome I really would like to try to live with my own hair (no more weaves or extensions) thanks so much Gary and wanting to love it

I applaud your "moxie". I wish I could take the plunge. I'm a 54 yr. old that's been coloring my hair for longer then I can remember. I used to be a very dark, auburn brown. Gradually as the gray comes in, the hair gets lighter. I'm now a "bottle blond". I sure would like to stop for 2 reasons. It's better for my hair and the cost savings. When I look back on pics of myself before I did the all over color my hair was much curlier and I can't help but wonder if coloring it is relaxing the curls to some extent.
