I am a twenty-five year old college graduate, divorced single parent, and proud afro wearer. This is actually my second natural journey, the first began in August 2003, and ending in April 2004. I am on my second (and last) natural hair voyage which began on November 10, 2008-I'll never forget that day, because I finally felt free and confident in my pursuit to have natural healthy hair. The main reason I quit the first time around and succumbed to relaxing, was due to frustration with the appearance of my hair. I had no idea what to use to keep it healthy and attractive and I tired of the fro, so I went back what to I what I orginally became accustom to: relaxers, though I knew it was not the right path for my hair and I. Now I wear it short as a fro, but want to know how to evolve from a fro to gorgeous defined curls. I need help! I want to be the natural beauty I am, and the hair is one of the main components in this effort. I'm open to any and all suggestions/tips/advice on how to style short 4a/4b/4c hair.

Thanks in advance :)
