for the girl with seborrheic dermatitis I've had it for years. around my nose, ears, ears, eyebrows, and scalp. i tried creams shampoos you name it i tried it. the only thing that i noticed a real change was when i increased my water intake. for 30 days the only liquid i drank was water about 100 oz a day. in the 30 days all the patches on my face and ears went away. even my scalp was almost completely gone and my curls became more alive looking without having to put hardly any product in. after 30 days i cut back to see if it was really working or was it in my head and i have to say that it did try to come back around my nose. now im keeping my water intake up and since i dont have to use so many oily products to hide the flakes my hair is lighter feeling.

For the girl with seborrheic dermatitis: I have it, too, and it IS difficult to control. If you're having a flair up -- complete with the flakes -- try DHS Shampoo with 2% Zinc. The bottle is white with black and tan on it. You can get it at most drug stores, and it'll work wonders for your scalp. For your hair, just make sure you use a good deep conditioner. Hope this helps....
