i really want to try something thats going to loosen my curl. My hair is 3b and 3a, its pretty frizzy and thin. im trying to start the CG method where i use no cones or sulfates but im not sure how that works with keratin and achieving beachy waves. I would also like to beable to do it at home. I dont want to loose my curl and i probably wont ever touch an iron again. IS there any treatments that i can use at home that still work with the cg method.?

thankyou :)

I had the Brazilian Blowout done about a month and a half ago and I adore it!! I have 3c hair and now it looks similar to your picture - some wave. With a flat iron I get stick straight. I have never felt so good about my hair...even though I have tried to love my curls. It just doesn't work. I agree with the shampoo comment...less is better. I did end up getting the BB aftercare and I will say that I can feel a difference in my hair when I use it (softness, relaxing). My plan is to continue the treatments for as long as I can afford them (the only downside). Thanks for the info!!

I hear ya! I love the options I have now...I can wear it curly or straight in a breeze. I had fine hair before but a really strong curl pattern, 3b, 3c in some areas. Make sure to let me know how the BB goes!

I had the Marcia Teixeira Brazilian Keratin Treatment done. I love it, and I have witnessed many different treatments, it seems to have more of a lasting effect (up to 6 months!).
