Independent stylist Joseph Borokhov is a former Devachan stylist and DEVA artistic educator specializing in curly hair. With over 8 years industry experience he has built a loyal list of clients who have come to rely on and look forward to his passion, professionalism, and elegant eye for glamour. Joseph specializes in both styling and coloring curly hair, and he has earned the respect of the fashion industry and so is continually called upon to work at photo shoots and fashion shows. However, he is happiest when working with his loyal, every-day clients—those who got him where he is today—and making them look as gorgeous as he knows they can be.
