  When I moved from Philadelphia to Charlottesville, VA, I never thought I would find someone who I could trust to relax my hair. I was thrilled to find Willie's Hair Design. He gave me the best relaxer of my life and took such wonderful care of my hair. His hair tips helped me take good care of my hair as well. Although I've moved to Texas, for a while I contemplated flying back to VA just to have him do my hair!
