  I had a very disappointing experience and haircut with Terri. I was a new client and I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair, but I had a lot of ideas. She wasn't very interested in dicussing what we were going to do, everything I said first was taken as a plan. I left within 15-20 minutes tops feeling traumatized and with a bad haircut to boot. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I just wanted to balance out the other recommendations.
