Passent is ok. The first time she cut my hair, it looked great. The second time, it was ok. The third time was a fiasco - I was running late to the appointment, so I called the salon and told them I was going to be 5-10 minutes late. They said that was fine. I arrived (only 5 minutes late), and they told me that Passent had told them to cancel me because I couldn't be late to a 30-minute appointment. I was furious - it was a long drive, so if that was their policy they should have told me on the phone when I called, rather than waiting til I got there. The manager's way of making it up to me was to offer me a free cut or something like that, but at that point I didn't want to go back.

Passent is the best hairstylist I have been to in years. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and she really does a great job. You won't be dissapointed. I am so glad I found her. I get so many compliments on my hair since I started going to her. Every time I go she gives me different tips on how to style my hair. It is great to have her help with versatility. Everyone I have recommended to her has been thrilled.

It seems like every time I go to a hair stylist, they want to straighten my hair. Passent is so very different! She said, "I want to show you what your hair can do." She certainly did. I LOVE my new hair cut!!! She got rid of my bulky, east-west look and gave me a style that's easy to care for. I have never received so many compliments in my life. Run, don't walk, to Passent!

"Another great review for Passent! I stumbled across this website while looking for a hair dresser, and felt like I discovered gold! My old hair dresser (whom I followed around DC for 9 years) moved to Paris, France three years ago. Since then - I've had one horrible hair cut after another. Out of frustration - I wound up growing my hair out and basically not getting it cut. In January of this year - I became fed up. I wanted a stylish, good cut again! I went to Passent based on reviews on this site (thank you, ladies!) and found the next stylist that I will hopefully follow for the years to come. She's great!
