- I had been to Cindy once before - the last cut before I decided to grow my hair out for Locks of Love - like 3 years ago. Today, I went in to finally donate it. She gave me the best cut I've ever had! She took a lot of time to see what I wanted exactly, was very sweet, and took a lot of time showing me different ways to style my hair. It rocks! I've finally found my hairstylist!
