  My curls tend to go flat pretty quick especially when I'm in need of a haircut and have lots of added weight on the ends, anyway, Jackie gave me a fabulous trim- cleaning me up real well- and adding not only awesome layers but even delicate swooping bangs. It was a PERFECT haircut and I am very picky. She didn't even mind when halfway throough the haircut I had a massive panic attack! She calmly talked me through it and hooked me up with a great haircut - she's awesome! PS - she told me she was leaving the salon and heading somewhere in the pike place market... trust me, she is worth hunting down
