  Zoe never fails to produce a fantastic haircut. She really understand curly hair and takes what you want into consideration while also giving her opinion on what would look best for your hair and facial structure. The entire staff at Dept Z is welcoming and lovely. I wouldn't think twice about sending anyone to Zoe!
