  i saw a woman on the train with beautiful curls and asked her where she got her hair cut. she told me that paul at bella pearl cuts her hair. i gave him a try this week and am very happy with the cut. he was able to fix a previous bad haircut, giving it style and bringing out the natural wave and curl. he cuts it dry which seemed to work out well. he's a professional, is confident and knows how to cut hair well! you'll be in good hands with paul.
