Salon D'Arcy is a quaint, yet highly innovative salon. Our staff is dedicated to making clients comfortable, relaxed and looking forward to their future appointments. Located in Palm Desert one half block from the prestigious shops on El Paso. Easy access from 111 and corner of San Pablo.
Mark Ellis has been a haircutter for 25 years and a Ouidad stylist for 6 years. Formerly with Greg & Tony Ouidad Salon in Westport, Connecticut he recently relocated to the Palm Desert area. Mark Ellis brings his expertise in cutting and styling curly hair to the Palm Desert Cochella Valley making him the only Ouidad Certified stylist in the Palm Desert area.

- Mark is amazing! When I came in my hair looked dry and frizzy. It felt stiff and crunchy. By the time I left it looked awesome! He really knows his stuff. He took time to explain why what I was doing wasn't working and how the Ouidad cut and products work with the curls. I had soft bouncy hair all day and this morning I was able to just spray some product in it to re-activate the curls. I've never been able to have second day hair before. I recommend Mark highly. Thanks Mark!
