- I just moved to Portland, and needed something new after a bad experience with a razor. My mom had gone to this lady and told me she was super-friendly and that I should try her too. I only ended up with a trim, but in a month I'm going back for a real style. Melynda respected my requests to condition AFTER cutting also, and seemed to know a lot about curly hair. She actually refused to cut my hair in a style because she knew that by having my hair razored it would need more time to grow before a style would look good. She gave good recommendations for products, too. I can't wait to go back!
