  Let's face it, curly hair can be a challenge for an inexperienced stylist. It never looks the same wet or dry, it shrinks up a lot and can be frizzy. Janelle understands because she has curly hair too! I followed her to Roca from her previous salon because she knows how to cut and style my curly mop.

  Janell did an excellent job on my cut and color. I've been to a couple of other "curly hair specialists" in the area and she is definitely the BEST!! I learned a couple of new things about styling my curlies and she picked a new color for my hair that everybody loves, including me... I've found my specialist, and it's Janell!

  I love getting my hair cut by Janelle! She definitely knows what she is talking about. Every time I go in she teaches me something new about my hair. I have more beautiful and much healthier hair now than I have ever had in my life!

  I've been going to Janelle for five years and I recommend her to everyone (with or without curly hair). She's well versed in curly hair styling technique, but she's also a fabulous colorist and does an awesome blowout. She's got curly hair herself so she really knows her stuff.
