  I was tired of dealing with my frizz and had read about the no-poo method. It seemed to be working, but the hair on top of my head was still limp and lifeless. I left a message for Jody. When she called me back, we discussed no-poo, what products I was using, and what I expected from a haircut. She made special arrangements to get me in for a cut before my company came to town. She asked me to bring in the products I used and she advised me what to continue using. She didn't try to sell me any products. She cut individual curls on the top of my head and it now looks fuller and more curly than ever! The rest of my hair looks great too. It looked good when I walked out and the next day. I knew that the challenge was when I had to style it myself. It has been easy to maintain and the curls are soft and feminine. I inherited hearing loss at a young age and wear hearing aids. Jody cut the hair in a way that the hearing aids are completely covered! She kept on playing with my curls and showed me variations, which amazed me because my hair is short. I highly recommend her.
